Ventura 21 offers a wealth of amenities and services for its homeowners.

The distinctive Clubhouse with its soaring ceilings is the heart of the community and also houses the on site Management offices. Homeowners and their guests can enjoy sitting in the main lobby by the stunning stone gas fireplace. For quieter gatherings or private meetings, the library offers boardroom seating as well as cozy armchair seating by another fireplace along with several books and periodicals. An indoor swimming pool, fitness center, billiards/game room, sauna and lockers rooms round out the indoor amenities located in the Clubhouse.

Those looking to host a private event need look no further than the Clubhouse Ballroom. Smaller, more intimate events can be hosted by the bar area. A fully appointed kitchen is also available.

Behind the clubhouse you will find two outdoor swimming pools open to homeowners and their guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The 80-acre community campus is also home to a 5-hole golf course and two tot lots. Our in-house maintenance crew maintains the mature landscaping throughout the community, as well as providing snow removal services in certain areas during the winter months.

When you purchase a home at Ventura 21, you also benefit from a wealth of services and opportunities for community involvement. Several homeowner committees meet periodically throughout the year to plan for the continued growth and stability of the community. Homeowners are encouraged to join these committees and participate in the meetings and events.
