Ventura 21

Developed by Pulte Home Corporation and completed in 1975, Ventura 21 is a self-managed Homeowner Association of 459 single family homes and townhomes. Conveniently and centrally located in Roselle, Illinois, the community offers a wealth of services and amenities to its homeowners. The original marketing materials featuring the vintage photos below depict the initial design concept of the community, While times (and home design!) have changed a bit since then, the community still offers its homeowners carefree community living.
