Homeowners at Ventura 21 can reserve the Clubhouse for their special event. Larger events can be held in the Ballroom area; smaller gatherings can take place in the bar area. Please note that there is a maximum of 120 individuals (including children of any age) per the Illinois fire Marshal per event. Click here for more information.

Resident Rental Request Form
If you are interested in reserving the Clubhouse for an event, please click on the Fill Out Request button below to provide us with additional information about your event. Rates vary based on date of event, number of individuals attending, etc. Once we receive the completed form, a member of our staff will contact you to provide an estimate. Please note that the Clubhouse is only available to Homeowners for rental as Ventura 21 Inc. is a private club. Thank you.
